We are looking for another female roommate at the beginning of June. The room would be shared. We view home as a refuge where we can relax, support one another, and be fairly neat in common areas.
About the Apartment:
*Large, shared bedroom--complete with two closets and a large bathroom. It is a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment.
*$470 + Utilities—cable, internet, water/power, gas/electric (about $60/month) and Rental Insurance ($9 and up depending on coverage)
*Covered parking space
*Free access to small gym (with treadmills, elliptical machines, weights, bikes, etc.), pool, hot tub, and sauna
*Small balcony from which you can watch a beautiful waterfall and meandering stream with ducks and nice grounds
*Personal cabinet, fridge, and other kitchen space
*Nicely decorated common area with vaulted ceilings
Who We Are Looking For:
*Friendly female with similar lifestyle choices as us: easy-going, smoke and drug free, and agreeable to not having men sleep overnight
*Someone open to rotating basic chores so that we can all pitch in to keep the common areas tidy
