Hello! My name is Christy. My roommate Angie and I are looking for another female roommate to complete our household starting July 1st, 2011. Keep reading for more details. ;) We are two friendly, easy-going professional Christian women in our early 30’s who enjoy one another’s company, though we usually have fairly busy schedules. We view home as a refuge, where we can relax, support one another, share household chores and keep common areas neat.
About the Apartment:
*It's a 3-bedroom townhouse (2 levels), 2.5 bath, full kitchen (with dishwasher), nice dining area with chandelier, large living room with fireplace, 2-car garage, outside patio & garden area in the back.
*Located in quiet residential area of Los Gatos, not far from Los Gatos Creek trail and Vasona Park. Short drive to downtown Los Gatos. Walking distance to Nob Hill and Trader Joe's grocery stores. Conveniently located close to freeway access CA-17 and CA-85.
*Vacant room (medium one) is $750/month + Utilities (cable, internet, PG&E to be shared equally among us); this room has 2 large closets as well as one large built-in bookshelf. Rent includes shared use of common areas as well as shared hall bathroom, rotating use of garage. All rooms are large-sized with ceiling fans & light fixtures. Rental insurance to be contracted on your own.
*Apartment complex amenities: pool & cabana, as well as 2 green park-like areas. Gardeners for the common areas of the complex, but each renter is responsible for their own front porch areas and
backyards. Extra uncovered parking available in complex area, as well as plenty of street parking.
Who We Are Looking For:
*Friendly female with similar lifestyle choices as us: easy-going, smoke and drug free, and agreeable to not having men sleep overnight. Preferrably no cats as both Angie & I are allergic.
*Someone open to rotating basic chores so that we can all pitch in to keep the common areas tidy. Someone responsible and reliable.
